With over 35 years of experience, travel has been at the heart of both my career and my personal fulfillment. I emigrated from Beirut, Lebanon, in 1992 and began working for Travel Haus in 1993. Over the years, I’ve gained a unique perspective on creating unforgettable journeys, from my early experience working at the Jordanian airport to specializing in corporate and leisure travel. In 2005, I proudly became the owner of Travel Haus, continuing its tradition of exceptional service. As a bilingual professional fluent in both English and Arabic, I bring a unique ability to connect with clients and offer tailored travel experiences that resonate with their cultural and personal interests. My focus is on exceptional customer service, ensuring each client feels well-cared-for and their travel dreams are fully realized.

My travel adventures have taken me across the globe to destinations such as Egypt, Vietnam, Cambodia, South Africa, Iceland, France, Italy, Switzerland, Greece, Peru, Alaska, Hawaii, and throughout the Caribbean and Mexico. I have also traveled extensively in other European countries, exploring their rich history, unique cultures, and stunning landscapes. I’ve sailed with top cruise lines like Regent, Viking Ocean, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Norwegian Cruise Line, and on AmaWaterways, Viking, and Avalon river cruises. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and landscapes, which I bring to every itinerary I design for my clients.
More Than Just Planning Trips
Growing up in Lebanon during the war in the 1970s instilled in me a deep appreciation for resilience, culture, and connection, which I carry into my work every day. When I’m not helping clients explore the world, I enjoy giving back to my community through the
Souderton-Telford Rotary. I have also served as President and Assistant District Governor, where I worked to support and mentor other Rotary clubs in our district. Additionally, I serve on the board of the
Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce and have previously served on the
Dock Mennonite Academy board.
At home, I share my life with my husband, Ed, while our adult children, Adam and Aya, have embarked on their own exciting journeys. My personal experiences and global adventures fuel my passion for crafting meaningful and enriching travel experiences for every client. I truly love helping others bring their own extraordinary travel stories to life.

KAREN
Vacation Specialist
Karen joined the Travel Haus team in 2018. Karen loves meeting people and exploring new places! The travel business seemed like a natural way to combine both of these passions.
Some of Karen's favorite destinations have come from her own first-hand experiences... A special trip from Vancouver to Banff in Canada; a Celtic Tours trip to Ireland; a Princess Cruise to Alaska, Beaches Resorts in both Turks & Caicos and Jamaica; Rocky Mountaineer Rockies to the Red Rocks trip; and most recently, a Viking River Cruise on the Danube River beginning in Budapest, Hungary. Favorite US destination spots have been Hawaii, San Diego, and Siesta Key, Florida.
Karen and her husband Ken have two young adult children. Karen enjoys singing, baking, and spending time with family and friends.

Shaina joined the Travel Haus team in 2022. Shaina is a hiking aficionado with a passion for exploring the natural wonders that our world has to offer. Her wanderlust has taken her to captivating destinations, with Germany, Austria, and Sweden holding a special place in her heart.
While she enjoys the thrill of booking trips to various corners of the globe, it's the diversity of U.S. cities that truly captures her heart.
Her personal interests extend beyond the travel realm. A creative person at heart, she finds joy in the arts, indulging in writing, and immersing herself in the rhythms of concerts and festivals. She wants bring to that energy into curating unforgettable travel experiences for her clients.

Cheri
Agent Assistant/Marketing
Cheri joined the Travel Haus team in 2008. Cheri keeps the Travel Haus website and social media platforms up-to-date as well as handling the marketing. She also assists the agents as needed.
Cheri enjoys travelling and in 2016 began helping Liza escort the Travel Haus Women's group each year.
Cheri and her husband, Curvin have 2 grown children. When Cheri isn't working she enjoys bowling, playing piano/singing at her local church and relaxing at home with her family and Yorkie, Ronin.
