Please help us congratulate Suzi on 27 years with Travel Haus! In this video you can sense her excitement and love for this company and the community that welcomed her 28 years ago! She also gives us the final amount raised for her home country of Lebanon - wait till you hear the amount! Your generosity continues to amaze us!
The community that we have here in Souderton is something we all can be proud of and giving back to it is something that Travel Haus has always taken seriously. Just this past week, Suzi volunteered some time with the Souderton school district to distribute iPads to students (pictured below at Indian Crest Middle School and with Police Chief Jim Leary). We also were able to present a check for $500 to Keystone Opportunity Center (pictured below with Director of Resource Development, Malcolm Friend). This came from the proceeds of the T-shirt sale we did back in June as well as a gift directly from Travel Haus.
Thank you for your continued support. By booking through Travel Haus, YOU make it possible for us to give back to our community. Please spread the word, start planning your 2021 vacations and #supportlocal!
This week Suzi gives us an update on the wonderful response she received for her home country of Lebanon. Be sure to watch to the end for special videos from Suzi's nieces and sister direct from Lebanon. Thank you so much for all of your love and support. Donations have come in from our clients, Rotarians, neighbors and friends! Suzi will be taking donations until September 7th. If you'd like to contribute online, please click here.
Suzi also shares a short update on Travel Haus and the world of travel right now. Keep dreaming of your next vacation and call us to start planning and booking it now for 2021. We are following all CDC recommendations so call to book your appointment today!
We are shocked and saddened by the devastation that happened in Beirut, Lebanon just a few days ago. As many of you know, this is where Suzi, owner of Travel Haus is from and she still has many friends and family there The fire that resulted in an explosion has left at least 137 people dead and over 5000 injured. Over 300,000 people have been displaced from their homes and schools, offices have been totally demolished. The Lebanese people are hurting and need our love, prayers and support. Please consider donating to the special fund that Suzi has set up through the Souderton-Telford Rotary Foundation that will go directly to the Red Cross efforts in Beirut. You can give online through:
Souderton-Telford Rotary Foundation
or by mailing a check made out to Souderton-Telford Rotary Foundation and mailing or dropping it off to:

Dear Friends of Travel Haus,
We hope you are staying well during these challenging times. As we work diligently here at Travel Haus, we wanted to provide you with an update. As many of you may have seen on our Facebook posts, our agents have been diligently working on getting trips rescheduled; cancelling some and yes even booking new trips!
However, at this time, based on recommendations from our local and national governments and out of concern for both our staff and the community at large, we have decided to close our office until further notice. This closing will include our Saturday hours for the rest of the season.
During this time, we will be responding to clients and inquiries from home. Please use our designated line to get in touch with us during normal business hours: (267) 382-9632
We ask you to please NOT call this number after business hours unless it is a true travel emergency. We also encourage you to reach out to us through email at:
Again, we ask for your patience. We pride ourselves on providing the best service to each one of our clients. You are each so important to us! We will get back to each message/email as soon as possible. Priority will be given to our clients who are currently travelling as well as rebooking clients who have trips scheduled in the next 2 months.
Thank you for your patience as we continue to work through these unchartered waters. As we said in our last email to you, we will continue to do our best to "ride the wave" to more peaceful waters. Until then don't forget to keep dreaming of beautiful beaches, stunning architectures, and exciting destinations full of culture and intrigue!
