PLEASE NOTE: ALL NAMES ON AIRLINE TICKETS MUST MATCH YOUR PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP EXACTLY. IF THEY DO NOT, PLEASE LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY AS YOU CAN BE DENIED BOARDING ON THE PLANE.

Tour Package Cancellation Fee - $100

Cruise Package Change Fee/Revision Fee - $25

Cruise Package Cancellation Fee - $100

FIT (Flexible Independent Travel) Package Change Fee/Revision Fee - $50

FIT (Flexible Independent Travel) Package Cancellation Fee - $200

TRAVEL HAUS RECOMMENDS TRAVEL PROTECTION:

-Travel Haus has offered RoamRight/Arch Insurance and/or supplier travel insurance and explained the advantages of purchasing cancellation insurance. 

-If insurance is not included with my package above and I have made a deposit payment, I decline and release Travel Haus from any cancel fees that I incur and agree to abide by the Travel Haus Terms & Conditions outlined above.

Note: If you have purchased a travel insurance plan with your vacation, cancellation is usually covered for severe medical reasons only and pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. A copy of your plan will be mailed to you or included with your trip documents. Please check with your agent if you have any questions on your plan inclusions and exclusions.

Travel Haus acts as agent when making travel reservations with the travel vendor or vendors listed on this invoice. Travel Haus is NOT responsible for any transportation delays, mechanical failures, strikes, cessation of operation of any tour company, airline or charter company, or any act of God, nor any loss of time caused by such delay or cessation.

Be aware that during your participation on vacations booked with Travel Haus Inc, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control, including, but not limited to: the hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas; travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft, or other means of transportation; forces of nature; political unrest; acts of lawlessness or terrorism; and accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. Travel Haus Inc will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. While Travel Haus Inc will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken, by agreeing to participate in a vacation and/or optional excursions you agree that you will hold Travel Haus Inc harmless regarding any provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care rendered. Travel Haus Inc is not responsible for such risks and dangers that may arise beyond our control. Payment of your deposit indicates you accept these risks and dangers and agree to hold Travel Haus Inc harmless for such.

FORCE MAJEURE

Travel Haus Inc assume no liability for any loss, damage, or entry of any nature in whole or in part resulting from an Act of God or any other force majeure condition, including, without limitation: fire, volcanic eruption, environmental pollution or contamination, inclement weather, earthquake, low or high water levels, flood, water or power shortages or failures, tropical storms or hurricanes, riots or civil commissions or disturbances, and any other acts of a similar nature, sabotage, arrests, strikes or labor disruptions, restraint of rulers or peoples, expropriations, acts of terrorism, war, insurrection, quarantine restrictions, government health advisories, or warnings or alerts of any kind of nature, government seizures, refusal or cancellation or suspension or delay of any government authority or any license, permit or authorization, damages to its facilities or the travel supplier and its facilities, or any other unforeseen circumstances or any other factors unforeseen by Travel Haus Inc that impacts negatively on, or hampers, its ability to fulfill any of its contractual conditions. In the event that any of these conditions apply, Travel Haus Inc shall be excused, discharged, and released from performance to the extent such performance is so limited or prevented, without liability of any kind.

Travel Haus Inc reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Travel Haus Inc group departure for any reason, including insufficient demand or force majeure (see Force Majeure section above).  If a vacation is canceled prior to departure, you will be offered an alternate date for the trip to operate.  No refunds will be given if an alternate date has been offered. If an alternate date cannot be offered, then a refund will be given.
