On January 14, 2017 at 5:00 PM, we will be getting married in Riviera Maya, Mexico and would love to be able to share this time with our family and friends. We have arranged for our ceremony to be held at the Azul Sensatori resort. All of our travel arrangements have been made with Travel Haus, in Souderton, PA. They have also arranged packages so that our friends and family can join us. All the details are below. Pricing Information:
These prices include the round trip transportation between the airport and the hotel, hotel accommodations, hotel tax, all meals, all drinks, non-motorized water sports and gratuities. Airfare is not included and additional (see back for more details.) We can do payment plans for the hotel pricing ONLY (airfare must be paid in full at time of booking). Please inquire if interested. Final payment is due on or before October 25, 2016.
AIRFARE INFORMATION
Airfare is additional. Please call Travel Haus to book your flights since we need the flight information for the airport to hotel transportation. If you would book your own airfare, you MUST provide the flight information to Travel Haus to receive the airport to hotel transportation.
You should book your airfare as soon as possible as usually the longer you wait, the higher the rates go due to availability issues. Airfare schedules are not out yet and will not be available until approx. February 21, 2016. Rates are subject to availability and change. Airfare is nonrefundable and needs to be paid in full at time of booking. We can book any published airfare/airline you are seeing online and should be able to get the same price.
Average nonstop roundtrip airfare rates: Philadelphia - $530-650* per person.
*Baggage fees are not included and are additional.
