Update Statement on COVID-19

Dear Friends of Travel Haus,

We hope you are staying well during these challenging times.  As we work diligently here at Travel Haus, we wanted to provide you with an update.  As many of you may have seen on our Facebook posts, our agents have been diligently working on getting trips rescheduled; cancelling some and yes even booking new trips!
 
However, at this time, based on recommendations from our local and national governments and out of concern for both our staff and the community at large, we have decided to close our office until further notice.  This closing will include our Saturday hours for the rest of the season. 
 
During this time, we will be responding to clients and inquiries from home.  Please use our designated line to get in touch with us during normal business hours:         (267) 382-9632
We ask you to please NOT call this number after business hours unless it is a true travel emergency.  We also encourage you to reach out to us through email at:

Again, we ask for your patience.  We pride ourselves on providing the best service to each one of our clients.  You are each so important to us!  We will get back to each message/email as soon as possible.  Priority will be given to our clients who are currently travelling as well as rebooking clients who have trips scheduled in the next 2 months.
 
Thank you for your patience as we continue to work through these unchartered waters.  As we said in our last email to you, we will continue to do our best to "ride the wave" to more peaceful waters.  Until then don't forget to keep dreaming of beautiful beaches, stunning architectures, and exciting destinations full of culture and intrigue!
