Rocky Mountaineer has a brand new route, Rockies to the Red Rocks! It is a two-day train journey between Denver, Colorado, and Moab, Utah, with an overnight stay in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The train travels only during the day and features oversized windows, so you do not miss a moment of the ever-changing landscapes.
THE ROUTE: The Rockies to the Red Rocks route showcases scenic views that are unique to the Southwest United States, as it travels between Colorado and Utah. Between Denver and Glenwood Springs, you will journey alongside the Colorado River and through a series of canyons with steep, rugged rock walls. The route between Glenwood Springs and Moab offers a variety of scenery, including mountain vistas, desert cliffs and rock formations. The Rockies to the Red Rocks route is available to travel westbound or eastbound.
