Our Women's Group to Edinburgh!

Our WW2017 group to Edinburgh has now arrived back home.  Liza and Cheri from Travel Haus escorted this group of 38 ladies as together they had a wonderful time exploring the beautiful city of Edinburgh as well as the breathtaking country of Scotland.  On the day of arrival they did a panoramic bus tour of the city of Edinburgh and ended with touring the Edinburgh Castle in time to experience the daily firing of the cannon at 1pm.

Day 2, 20 of us ventured out on a bus tour through the Highlands including a stop at Loch Ness where we explored Urquat Castle and then enjoyed a boat ride across the lake. Unfortunately we cannot report any sightings of Nessie.  😉 It was a wonderful day!

Day 3, a group of 18 did an excursion to Rosslyn Chapel and the Borders. We stopped at Rosslyn Chapel, Melrose Abbey, Scott's View and Jedburgh Abbey. We again had great weather and the views were magnificent!

On our last day, 24 ladies got a "Behind the Ropes" private tour of Holyrood Palace and then enjoyed The Scotch Whiskey Experience.  We had some free time in the afternoon to do some further exploring and souvenir shopping before we headed out to our Spirit of Scotland dinner.
